Face lift for a building containing 5-Units (2 bedroom each)

Address: Behind Movida Lounge, PHASE II, SITE II, KUBWA.

Below are improvement ideas, to help enhance the exterior of the building.
Any additional ideas and suggestions you may have are welcome.
Note: Only the exterior needs to be worked on.

Here are pictures of the building to be upgraded,

(1) Faux stone cladding (with decorative moulding on top):

(2) Wall edge & Veneer cladding:

These edge bricks will enhance the easthetics of the building.
Below it is another example of faux stone cladding, similar to (1) above.

(3) Entrance security door:

Outside security doors.
I prefer German, Turkish, or Nigerian. You may choose Chinese if you are sure the locks will work ok.

(4) Outdoor solar lights:

Solar security lights will light up the compound, even during power outage.

(5) Re-Painting:

Re-paint the building.
Keep it green. Or change to one of the following colors...

Blue + White:		Beige color:

(6) Roof

Change the roof fascias (facing board) for a more modern look.
No need to change the roofing sheet, just the fascias.

If this option is too expensive, just paint the fascias with white glossy paint.

(7) Gate:

Here are upgrades I think the gate area needs. I have labelled them 1, 2, 3, 4.

1 & 2: install solar lamps on the two gate pilar posts.

I would like the fence covered with trees, or with wall plants. See examples below.

The front of the building would look better with grass or flowers.

The suggested changes are just my ideas.

As I said before, please suggest other ideas you may have for improving the aesthetics of the building.
